1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Page2Lead website (page2lead.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
These terms apply to all users of the platform — including customers submitting service requests and service providers receiving leads.
2. What Page2Lead Is
Page2Lead is a lead generation platform. Our service is to:
- Collect service requests from customers in Ajmer
- Forward those requests to verified local service providers
- Facilitate the initial connection between the customer and the provider
Page2Lead does not:
- Provide AC repair, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, or pest control services
- Employ or directly manage any service provider
- Set prices for services performed by providers
- Guarantee the quality, timeline, or outcome of any service
3. For Customers
As a customer using Page2Lead:
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a service request.
- You understand that your contact details will be shared with a local service provider so they can call you back.
- You understand that Page2Lead only facilitates the connection — all service agreements, pricing, and quality are between you and the service provider directly.
- Page2Lead is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from the service performed by a provider.
- Using our platform to submit a request does not guarantee that a provider will be available or will respond.
4. For Service Providers
As a service provider registered on Page2Lead:
- You agree to provide accurate information about your business, services, and availability.
- You agree to contact leads promptly and professionally.
- You agree to the lead pricing model — free trial leads followed by a paid credit system.
- You are responsible for the quality of service you provide to customers. Page2Lead is not liable for customer complaints related to your work.
- You agree not to misuse customer contact information for purposes other than the requested service.
- Page2Lead reserves the right to remove a provider from the platform at any time if they are found to be misrepresenting their services or violating these terms.
Lead Credits: Paid credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be carried forward. Page2Lead reserves the right to change lead pricing with prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
Page2Lead is a platform that connects two parties — customers and service providers. We are not a party to any service agreement between them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page2Lead shall not be liable for:
- Any damage, injury, or loss resulting from a service performed by a provider found through our platform
- Any dispute between a customer and a provider regarding pricing, quality, or timelines
- Any loss of data or technical issues on our platform
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
6. Accuracy of Information
Page2Lead makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information on the platform. However, we do not guarantee that all information about providers or services is up to date at all times.
Customers are encouraged to verify provider details and agree on pricing before any work begins.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Page2Lead for:
- Submitting fake or spam service requests
- Attempting to scrape or copy data from the platform
- Impersonating another person or business
- Any illegal or fraudulent purpose
Page2Lead reserves the right to block any user or IP address that violates these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Page2Lead — including text, design, logos, and code — is the property of Page2Lead. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
9. Changes to Terms
Page2Lead reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
