2. Services Description

Page2Lead provides professional landing page design and development services. Our services include but are not limited to:

Landing page design and development
Conversion rate optimization
Mobile-responsive design
Basic SEO setup
Analytics integration
Form integration
A/B testing setup

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Page2Lead, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your business and requirements
Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
Make decisions and provide feedback promptly
Adhere to the payment schedule
Use the services only for lawful purposes

4. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

Our payment terms are as follows:

50% advance payment - Required to begin work on your project
50% final payment - Due upon completion before final delivery

UPI Payments
Credit/Debit Cards (via payment gateway)

5. Project Timeline and Delivery

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership Transfer

Upon full payment, ownership of the final design files is transferred to you. However:

We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio
We retain ownership of our proprietary code and frameworks
Third-party assets (stock images, fonts) may have their own licenses

Client Content

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to all content you provide
Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
You have permission to use any images, logos, or branding materials

7. Revisions and Changes

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds:

Revisions must be requested within the support period
Major changes after approval may incur additional charges
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at ₹999 per round

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

Before work begins: 100% refund of advance payment
After work begins: Refund proportional to work completed, minus ₹999 administrative fee
After delivery: No refunds, but we'll work to fix any issues

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project at any time:

Written cancellation notice required
Refund calculated based on work completed
All project files become our property upon cancellation

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will:

Keep all client information confidential
Not disclose project details to third parties
Use secure methods for file transfer and communication
Delete sensitive information upon project completion if requested

10. Limitation of Liability

Page2Lead shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Issues arising from third-party services or platforms
Client's failure to implement recommended changes

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.

11. Service Warranties

We warrant that:

Our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care
Delivered landing pages will be mobile-responsive
All code will follow current web standards
We will fix any bugs or errors for 30 days post-delivery

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, government actions, internet failures, or natural disasters.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
